Parks Realty’s Cindy Stanton has nearly 20 of real estate sales experience. She has a proven record of success with over 2500 closings and by earning a Certified Residential Specialist designation after only 4 years in the business. She is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and was given the Award for Educational Achievement by the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors in 2002.
With education and hard work, she upgraded her “affiliate” license to a “broker” license and now serves as Managing Broker for the Parks office in Cool Springs. In 2010 and 2011 Cindy was named the Tennessee Housing Development Agency’s Listing Agent of the Year. Cindy also recently served a three-year term as a Trustee for the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation.
In addition, she served on the Tennessee Housing Development Agency’s Realtor Advisory Board. From 2010 until 2016, Cindy served on the board of directors for the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. And, in 2015, was President of that board. In 2016, Cindy was one of 16 students nation-wide who graduated from the exclusive Leadership Academy for the National Association of Realtors. Finally, Cindy continues her commitment to the Realtors in 2017 and 2018 as the recently elected Vice President of the Tennessee Association of Realtors.
Certified Residential Specialist
This designated is earned by only about 2% of all real estate agents.
Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager
This certification is for Principal Brokers who have achieved not only years of management experience, but also additional course work.
Accredited Buyer’s Representative
This designation is earned with additional course work, specifically dealing with buyer’s needs. Sales production is also required to earn this.
